1. First, take out the 16 stainless steel large flat-head self-tapping screws from the accessories and securely fasten the mounting bracket to the corresponding position on the guide plate.
2. Finally, secure the assembled guide plate to the appropriate position on the vehicle using an M10 bolt with a length of 20 mm, along with a flat washer (size 10) and a spring washer (size 10), and tighten it with the corresponding nut.
3. Install the other guide sign using the same procedure.
4. If the product comes with a controller, please install it in an appropriate location inside the vehicle for easy operation.
5. Next, connect the control wiring harness to the two-way switch harnesses provided inside the vehicle according to the wiring diagram, ensuring a secure and firm connection. 6. Before powering on, carefully inspect the wiring connections to confirm their correctness. Once verified, proceed to energize the system and check whether the left and right switches properly control the operational status of the corresponding left and right guide signs.Safety Recommendations
1. Before installation, ensure that the vehicle's operating voltage matches the voltage required by the guide sign. When connecting the wires, make sure to correctly identify and connect the positive and negative terminals of the power supply.
2. Before starting the vehicle, ensure that the controller switch is in the OFF position to prevent sudden high current from damaging the controller.
3. Do not strike the surface-mounted LED lights of the guide signs with hard objects, as this may damage the LED light units and cause the signs to display incorrect warning symbols.
4. Before use, please verify that the display signs on the guideboards correspond accurately to the directional positions marked on the control switches. If there is any discrepancy between the two, do not proceed with operation to avoid causing confusion in traffic direction guidance.
5. For long-term use of this traffic guidance sign, please ensure the cleanliness of the light units on the sign to maintain high-brightness illumination and guarantee accurate traffic direction guidance.
6. When using this traffic guide sign, please ensure that it remains fully exposed on the exterior of the vehicle body and is not obscured by vehicle tarps or other large-area objects, to prevent unnecessary errors in traffic guidance.
