1. First, take out the 16 stainless steel large flat-head self-tapping screws from the accessories and securely fasten the mounting bracket to the corresponding position on the guide plate.
2. Finally, secure the assembled guide plate to the appropriate position on the vehicle using an M10 bolt with a length of 20 mm, a flat washer of size 10, and a spring washer of size 10 as the nut.
3. Install the other guide sign using the same procedure.
4. If the product comes with a controller, please install it in an appropriate location inside the vehicle for easy operation.
5. Next, connect the control wiring harness to the vehicle's built-in dual-switch wiring harness according to the wiring diagram, ensuring a secure and firm connection. 6. Before powering on, carefully inspect the wiring connections to confirm their correctness. Once verified, proceed to energize the system and check whether the left and right switches properly control the operational status of the corresponding left and right guide signs.Safety Recommendations
1. Before installation, ensure that the vehicle's operating voltage matches the voltage required by the guide sign. Additionally, pay close attention to avoid connecting the power supply's positive and negative terminals incorrectly during wiring.
2. Before starting the vehicle, ensure that the controller switch is in the OFF position to prevent sudden high current from damaging the controller.
3. Do not strike the surface LED lights of the guide signs with hard objects, as this may damage the LED light units and cause the guide signs to display incorrect warning symbols.
4. Before use, please verify that the display signs on the guideboards correspond correctly with the directional positions marked on the control switches. If there is any discrepancy between the two, do not use the system to avoid causing misleading traffic guidance.
5. For long-term use of this traffic guidance sign, please ensure the cleanliness of the lighting units on the sign to maintain high-brightness illumination and guarantee accurate traffic guidance.
6. When using this traffic guide sign, please ensure that the sign is always exposed on the exterior of the vehicle and not obscured by the vehicle's tarpaulin or other large objects, to prevent unnecessary errors in traffic guidance.
