The LED guide sign is a new model of vehicle-mounted traffic indicator light. Each set consists of left and right display panels, along with an operation control box. Installation Instructions

1. First, take out the 16 stainless steel large flat-head self-tapping screws from the accessories and securely fasten the mounting bracket to the corresponding position on the guide plate.
2. Finally, secure the assembled guide plate to the appropriate position on the vehicle using an M10 bolt with a length of 20 mm, a 10-mm flat washer, and a 10-mm spring washer nut.
3. Use the same steps to install the other guide sign.
4. If the product comes with a controller, please install it in a convenient location inside the vehicle for easy operation.
5. Then, connect the control wiring harness to the vehicle’s two-way switch harness according to the wiring diagram, ensuring a secure and firm connection. 6. Before powering on, carefully inspect whether the wiring connections are correct. Once you’ve confirmed everything is accurate, proceed to turn on the power and verify that the left and right switches properly control the corresponding left and right guide signs’ operational status.

Safety Recommendations

1. Before installation, ensure that the vehicle's operating voltage matches the guide sign's working voltage, and double-check that the positive and negative terminals of the power supply are connected correctly.
2. Before starting the car, first make sure the controller switch is in the OFF position to prevent a sudden surge of high current from damaging the controller.
3. Do not strike the LED lights on the surface of the guide sign with hard objects, as this may damage the LED light units and cause the sign to display incorrect warning symbols.
4. Before use, please first verify that the display signs on the guideboards correspond to the directional positions marked on the control switches. If there is any discrepancy between the two, do not use them to avoid misleading traffic signals.
5. For long-term use of this traffic guidance sign, please ensure the lamp units on the sign are kept clean to maintain high-brightness illumination, thereby guaranteeing accurate traffic directions.
6. When using this traffic guidance sign, please ensure it remains fully exposed on the outside of the vehicle body and is not obscured by the vehicle’s tarpaulin or other large objects, to prevent unnecessary errors in traffic direction.
